Delivery Information

Please read: please do not email us for updates if you have not waited the full 10 working days. If you ordered from 08/12/09 - 04/01/10, then then you will have to wait 10 working days from the date your order was processed.

Dispatch time

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via registered mail with tracking signature. Please note do not email us, we will send you the tracking information as soon as we get it.

Delivery time

Delivery takes from 7-10 working days worldwide and can lead up to 20 working days in some countries. If items are stocked then this will take less time to deliverer your items.

Delivery costs and fees

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Why does it take 7-10 working days for delivery?

We do not stock most items, this makes us have a better prices, fast service and new products as they come out.

Faster Delivery?

We do offer a faster service on most popular items.

Delivery advise

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and delivery fees will apply to each of them.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We suggest you get your delivery to an address where someone can sign for it. Some items will not need a signiture.

Order Status?

Processing Order - This means we have sent your order direct to the factory for shipment. It then takes 2-5 working days to process your order.

Processing Order Stocked - This means we are waiting for stock to come in and have assigned your order to our stock list. Your items will be sent as soon as we get stock, this should be within the same week you ordered.

Shipping - This means your items have been sent out from the factory and will take 7-10 working days or less. If your item was processing stocked then you shall get your item with 5 working days or less. All items require a signiture from Royal Mail.
